1. General Terms

1.1 The bukflights.com website offers the Internet user (hereinafter - the User) to use the aircraft timetable search service available at https://bukflights.com/ (hereinafter - the "Service").

1.2 By starting to use the Service/its individual functions, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions, the User may not use the Service.

1.3 These Terms may be amended by the Service without any special notice, the new version of the Terms becomes effective from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://bukflights.com/conditions/.

1.4 If the Service has made any changes to these Terms in the manner provided in clause 1.3 of these Terms, the User must stop using the Service. 1.3. of these Terms, with which the User does not agree, the User must stop using the Service.

1.5 The Service offers the User free access to up-to-date information on aircraft schedules and other related information. All current features of the Service and any development and/or addition of new features are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. The Service uses information provided by its owners.

1.7 Any information used in the Service is for non-commercial use only.

1.8 The Service does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, optimality, relevance and/or suitability of the posted information for any purpose other than for informational purposes, including (but not limited to) suitability for the purposes of planning the User's trip, and is not responsible for the User's choice of such itinerary and following it.

1.9. The Service provides the User with a functional opportunity to access (or search for) information about the offers of the Service partners to sell tickets for various types of transport. Tickets are issued and paid for directly on the websites of the Service partners.

1.10. The Service is not responsible for the relevance of the information provided by partners, including information about the availability and cost of tickets from partners of the Service.

1.11. The Service is not responsible for financial and any other operations performed on the sites of partners, as well as for any consequences of the User's purchase of tickets on these sites.

1.12. The Service reserves the right at its discretion to limit the User's access to the Service in case of intentional actions of the User that violate the Service.
