The term "we" or “us” or “our “refers to BUKFLIGHTS PVT LTD. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the website or any of our point of sale and/or reserving a reservation. We are here only to help customers in gathering travel information, making travel decisions based on the availability of travel-related products and services that are available on us. Making reservations or otherwise transacting business will be based on the availability of our travel suppliers. The products and services are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without change of any of the terms & conditions. And using this service in any manner, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

The content and information from us including, but not limited to price and availability of travel services, as well as the basic equipments needed for a business or society to operate are used to provide such content and information. And it is private/unique to us, our suppliers & partners. While you may make limited copies of your travel related documents for travel or services reserved through Buk Flights. You agree not to otherwise change, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create similar works, migrate (transfer) & sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services received/got from or through Buk Flights.
3rd party suppliers & Customers
When you agree the terms and conditions of BUKFLIGHTS (Pvt) Ltd. you also agree to the terms and conditions of any supplier(s) that are associated with the booking or transaction made. Where you elect to make payment of all amounts when due and obedience of the supplier's rules and regulations. You also admit that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to agree their agreements related to your travel (booking or transaction).
Fare changes
The rate displayed on the website may change due to currency fluctuations according to the World bank relative to the supplier’s/middleman’s currency which they operate in. You agree to inform/request us prior paying for the reservation at any situation/event or condition as a result of which you or any person on whose behalf you are making a reservation may require more information.
The price shown at the time of reservation, is not guaranteed unless it is an immediate booking. The change in price will be shown at the time of payment for a reserved booking.
Payments
We accept payments online and offline based on our payment method availability which varies from country to country. As online payment we globally allow American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card holders to make payments in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees as of now). You accept that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, where you name matches exactly on the card. You further agree to quickly provide proof of matching cardholder ID upon request at any time after the transaction is completed.
Modifications
All requests for change in itinerary or cancellation of any services that are bought from/ through Buk Flights must requested through the account that is created by you or emergency number provided on itinerary or emailed to [email protected] or through any means of communication that is available on the point of sale by mentioning the Booking ID that you want to modify.
Verification process may take place if necessary, which can be in various forms based on the mean used for requesting. After the confirmation from both booker and us, it will take at least 24 hours for these services to be provided. At this point you will be once again informed about the penalty fee and/or service fee which may apply with an additional service. Requests for permitted date or any other changes on the itinerary will be processed within 2 working days, after all payments needed/demanded to process the request are settled.
If a cancellation policy is clearly connected with or related to your request even if the terms and conditions does not clearly or definitely state. The refundable amount will be re-calculated before final settlement in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, any payments to be refunded after the deduction of payments needed/demanded to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original payment within 30 working days. Some refunds may take longer time to appear depending on your respective bank portal or any other transaction portal, where the Merchant (Metro Travel & Tours) won’t or cannot be demanded to verify on behalf of you.
Online service delivery
All services/products provided by us, will be delivered with their transaction invoice & itinerary in the form of a printable electronic file after a successful payment. Your ticket will be made available for download for a limited period of time from the page on website or application, and will be delivered as a permanent record electronic mail to the email address you provide at the time of checkout. Will also be added to the account that is already or will be created using the provided email address
We will not be responsible if you do not receive your ticket in the case of miss filling of the email address given at the time. And we do not use mobile number as a re-verification element due to few risk factors. Ex: Your phone being answered by someone else and falsely verifying stating your identity following a transfer on the ownership of the provided number.
Breaching the agreement
You understand & agree that any violation of any breach in rules and regulations of Buk Flights or Partners or Suppliers, may result in cancellation of your reservation(s). Where you being denied to access the related travel products or services purchased. Any payments paid for such booking(s), and/or in settling your account credits to Buk Flights and/or related parties will be charged as a result of such violation.
You also understand & agree that any violation of this policy If the itinerary has been used already at the time of identification of the policy reach or fraud. May also lead to legal action being taken by the merchant or/and Buk Flights on you coordinating with the local authorities in the country where the fraud or booking has happened or the country you are resided in.
Non-affiliated travel documents.
It’s the responsibility of the yours to check the validity/status of the visa/other documents, which are not provided by us. And Buk Flights or the merchant will not be liable at any situation. (Ex: Deportation at the Airport/Immigration/any Point of Journey). Where the validity/status of the related visa/other documents isn’t sufficient in order to use the booking made on or/and through us.
Indemnity of transaction
To ensure the financial security of credit/debit card holders, we may require details of the card which is used to make the payment. This verification process will take place before the booking is confirmed following the final payment. This may even apply for 3rd party payments where the card Holder is not travelling but authorizes the payment to be processed.

This may be revised as and when required, due to further development of the product/service.
